Candidate Data Notice

Your name, email, location, the links you choose to share, an optional résumé, your primary area of work, a short description of what you have built, the type of opportunity you are considering and your availability.

We read it. We use it to decide whether there is a match with work we are currently supporting, now or later.

We keep it in our own records so we can come back to you when something relevant appears.

Only with your agreement, and only for a specific opportunity we have described to you. We do not circulate résumés, and we do not add you to a database that companies can browse.

Many of the companies we work with have not announced what they are building. Details we share with you during a conversation are shared in confidence, and we ask you to treat them that way.

The same applies in reverse. What you tell us about your current situation stays with us.

There is no fixed deletion date. We keep your record — including any résumé you sent — for as long as it remains useful for matching you to work. In practice that can be years, because the right role often does not appear quickly.

You can ask us to delete it at any time, for any reason, and we will remove the whole record. Write to info@eonexea.com.

Withdrawing consent does not affect anything already done with your agreement.

If you attach a résumé, it is delivered to us as an email attachment and kept in Eonexea's own email account. We do not upload it to a third-party résumé database or applicant pool.

Ask us to delete it and we will remove it, along with the rest of your record.
